We use the most advanced biological models to meet metabolizable energy, metabolizable protein, vitamin, and mineral requirements for maintenance, growth, and production.
Ration Formulation & Modeling
✔︎ We use the most advanced biological models to meet metabolizable energy, metabolizable protein, vitamin, and mineral requirements for maintenance, growth, and production.
✔︎ We calculate opportunity costs to broaden ingredient choices, improve feed contracting opportunities, and lower ration costs.
✔︎ We accurately model forages for improved predictability of milk production and forage value in the ration.
Key Performance Indicators
Our Data-Driven Solutions over the last several years have shown significant improvements.
✔︎ 28% increase in energy-corrected milk production
✔︎ 10% increase in feed efficiency
✔︎ 22% decrease in enteric methane emissions
✔︎ 22% decrease in CO2e emissions
Farm Visits
Our goal is to couple what we see on farm with what our data says is happening on farm.

BEEF/DAIRY NUTRITIONIST

952.594.2406I knew I wanted to work with cattle and nutrition at the age of 14 when a nutritionist came to one of my 4-H meetings and explained a career that encompassed animals, feeding systems, and working outside; I was hooked. Originally from Minnesota, I received my Bachelors and Masters at Colorado State University in Ruminant Nutrition, My research was on trace mineral supplementation specifically molybdenum, copper, and sulfur in feedlot cattle. I started consulting as an independent nutritionist and working with clients in 2016. I consult for both dairy and beef operations, as well as for particular systems such as robotics, creameries, hydroponics and calf and heifer development. The gratefulness to be doing what I love and the discipline to produce noticeable results in the industry has been a key to long lasting client relationships. My management process of meticulous bi-weekly walk-throughs provides better insight for troubleshooting as well as creating more predictable herd performance. An emphasis on transition management, early lactation performance, improved ration formulation and incomparable transparency are areas of importance that I believe drive a successful nutrition program. I live in Eaton, CO with my husband and daughter. When I’m not ankle deep in manure I enjoy bike-packing in the summer and skiing in the winter with my family. Listening to live music with a good beer is often where you can find me or entertaining friends and family with my cooking.

DAIRY NUTRITIONIST
Integer (Z) Corporation - OwnerMy home is near Eaton CO where I have lived for the past 25 years. My work as a nutritionist has ranged across Colorado, Texas, Indiana, Kansas, and Belize for over 23 years. I enjoy working with dairy operations across a wide range of facility designs including open lots, grazing systems, free stalls, parallel parlors, herringbone parlors, rotary parlors, cross-ventilated, and robotic milking systems. Part of my life’s work has involved modeling rations and managing nutritional programs that meet all stages of animal requirements from a wide variety of feed stuffs within complex production systems. Raising my family and enjoying my grandbabies has been my life’s blessings.
I earned my Doctorate in Ruminant Nutrition from the University of Wyoming in 1996. I was Board Certified as Diplomate by the American College of Animal Nutrition in 2005. Upon graduating I worked for a large cattle-feeding operation in Colorado and was responsible for improving feeding and steam flaking operations. In 2000/2001 opportunities to work within a large dairy cooperative system led to direct consulting with dairy producers in several states. In 2007 I joined an independent dairy consulting group and in 2018 founded Integer (Z) Corporation to continue providing exceptional independent nutritional consulting services.
I define success as exceeding our client’s performance goals over time. My 25 years of experience working in production agriculture has exposed me to a wide variety of “on-farm” challenges and opportunities. To better recognize these challenges and opportunities we use in-depth statistical analysis of key performance indicators in combination with detailed routine farm walk-throughs. Hands-on experience and data driven solutions enable better nutritional management decisions and better operational decisions at every level. Ultimately, our mission is to show improved herd performance, profitability, and sustainability for every individual client over time.
